Hello to all our friends, customers, and guitar players. We want to update you on our workshop procedures during the Covid 19/Coronavirus outbreak.

We hope to keep the workshop open for as long as possible and we will be following advice from the Government and Public Health England while doing so.

This does mean that we’ve had to make a number of changes: for the time being, luthier services will be provided on an appointment only basis, and we will be operating ’no-contact’ delivery and collection procedures. We are still here to help, so please call or email ahead of time to make an appointment and discuss your needs.

We will sanitise your guitar on arrival at the workshop and before returning it back to you. We have also enhanced our workshop cleaning procedures to ensure all hard surfaces are regularly cleaned. We only ask that if you are showing any of the symptoms of Covid 19, that you please follow the Government advice to self isolate and do not visit the workshop, so that we can do our bit to help protect ourselves, our customers and our families at this most difficult of times. We will of course extend the same courtesy to you!

Do what you can to stay healthy and happy, keep playing your guitar, look out for yourselves and those around you, and remember we are here if you need us!

Update following Prime Minster’s address on 23 March

Due to the 21 day lockdown announced by the Prime Minister on 23 March to combat the spread of Covid 19, the workshop is temporarily closed to visitors. However, should you require urgent repair work, it may still be possible to organise this by post - please contact us in advance to discuss your needs before sending us anything.
